Liberty Place

One Liberty Place, a striking 60-story office tower in the heart of Philadelphia, contains 1.2 million square feet of office space and 25,000 square feet for shopping and dining. Designed by internationally-acclaimed architect, Helmut Jahn, it was described by The New York Times as "bringing new life to Philadelphia's skyline." Two Liberty Place, the second office tower component in Liberty Property Trust's landmark, multi-use Liberty Place complex, was created to satisfy Cigna Corporation's need for a new headquarters. Faced with few options for expansion within the City of Philadelphia, Liberty Property Trust's Two Liberty Place solution created a dramatic new million square foot urban location for 1,500 Cigna employees.
